Supersure Insurance policies have been underwritten by RSA (formerly Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance) for over 6 years providing high quality insurance for touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans Please note from 6th October, RSA became Intact Insurance.
There are no changes to the Supersure Insurance team or our insurance policies, but you may start to notice the new name if you make a claim or receive any communication from our underwriters.
It is going to take us a little while to change the mentions of RSA within our documents and across our websites to Intact Insurance. But rest assured your cover and service remain unchanged.
When making a claim as a Supersure Insurance customer you will continue to speak to the same highly trained specialist UK based teams within Intact Insurance to make sure your claim is handled quickly and efficiently. These teams can be contacted using the same helpline numbers you can find in your existing policy booklets and here online.
You will also still be able to report non-emergency claims via our online claims portal which you can access via www.supersureinsurance.co.uk/newclaim
